create a graph part 1

OK, so I gave up on the image grab. I trudged ahead to the graph making process. I chose to go to the NCES site and utilize their graph engine. On the first graph WV and USA avg in math WV is holding our own and currently just below the national average. GO us! I posted my graph here if you want to see it.
